These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the application and services of dropwrk (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
dropwrk is a multi-tenant, Google-native intake gateway for paper invoices. The Service lets you scan invoices through a mobile web scanner accessed via a QR code, writes the processed images directly into your Google Drive, and appends a row to your "Invoice Register" spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
The Service explicitly does not perform OCR, AI data extraction, supplier matching or accounting. Any downstream processing is performed by you, in your own tools (e.g. your ChatGPT workspace) connected to your Google account.
2. Accounts and access
- A Google account is required to use the Service;
- The organization owner connects their Google Drive and is responsible for managing members and locations;
- You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and to the physical QR codes at your locations;
- If a QR code is suspected to be compromised, the owner can rotate it at any time from the dashboard.
3. Data ownership
Your invoices are and remain entirely your property. All images, records and extracted data are stored in your Google account (Google Drive and Sheets). dropwrk acquires no rights over the content of your invoices and stores no copies of them. If you stop using the Service, all files remain in your Google Drive.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, organization isolation or access restrictions;
- subject the Service to automated load, reverse engineering or abuse of its API endpoints;
- share QR codes with persons outside your organization without your knowledge and control.
5. Dependency on Google services
The core functionality of the Service depends on the availability of Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Sign-In. dropwrk is not liable for interruptions, limitations or changes imposed by Google. Revoking the granted access (the drive.file scope) makes uploading new invoices impossible until reconnection.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and documentation, is the property of dropwrk and is protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the purposes of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying uploaded documents and for your own accounting and tax obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dropwrk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. dropwrk's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking the application's access from your Google account settings and requesting deletion of your profile. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of a material breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the application.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Sofia, unless a mandatory provision requires otherwise.
