Do I need to install an app?
No. Each location has a QR code. Open the phone camera — no app store and no separate signup for the person on site.
How does document scanning work?
Scan the location QR code and photograph the document. dropwrk crops it and uploads it to your Google Drive, with a record in Google Sheets.
How does AI analysis work for different documents?
Invoices receive specific data extraction; contracts and other documents receive metadata for easy AI-assisted search. Choose the built-in agent (BETA), which analyses automatically on upload, your own assistant through MCP, or both.
Can I use dropwrk with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Connect dropwrk as a custom MCP connector from your own ChatGPT or Claude account. The assistant uses protected dropwrk tools, your organization roles and OAuth access — it never receives unrestricted access to your spreadsheet.
